But that may not be of any use if you’re dealing with wireless audio devices. But what if you wish to listen to a song or watch a movie on two different audio devices? In the early days, you may have come across audio splitters that easily let you feed audio to two separate headphones. If a song is playing on your Mac’s built-in speakers, then connecting a wired or wireless headset will send the audio to be played directly on the connected device and stop it from playing on the built-in speakers. If you’re using a Mac, you must now be accustomed to three modes of listening – using the built-in speaker that’s under your keyboard, plugging in a headphone or speaker into the audio jack, or connecting a wireless audio device via Bluetooth. In most scenarios, audio devices are designed to go solo so that it’s just you who’s listening to a song or enjoying a movie.
